Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

Last Updated on June 30, 2026

These SMS Terms govern text-message communications offered by Pinnacle Alliances (“Pinnacle Alliances,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These SMS Terms supplement our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By separately opting in to receive SMS messages from Pinnacle Alliances, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these SMS Terms. Receiving SMS communications from Pinnacle Alliances is optional.

Purpose and Scope

These SMS Terms explain the conditions that apply when Pinnacle Alliances sends text messages to individuals who have expressly agreed to receive them.

Types of SMS Communications

Pinnacle Alliances sends SMS messages only to individuals who have expressly agreed to receive them. Depending on your relationship with Pinnacle Alliances and the consent you provided, messages may include:

  • Inquiry updates and requested information
  • Appointment and scheduling reminders
  • Application receipt and status notifications
  • Interview scheduling and reminders
  • Credentialing-document reminders
  • Credentialing and onboarding updates
  • Assignment or placement administrative updates
  • Staffing-request updates and candidate coordination
  • Customer or candidate support communications
  • Responses to requests you have submitted

Pinnacle Alliances does not use SMS communications for unrelated marketing, purchased-list outreach, or mass promotional job-posting blasts.

How You Opt In

You may opt in by:

  • Entering your mobile telephone number on an eligible Pinnacle Alliances website form; and
  • Affirmatively selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox associated with that form.

The SMS consent checkbox is separate from general form submission and is not selected by default. Submitting a form, providing a telephone number, accessing our website, applying for a position, or accepting our general Terms of Service does not by itself constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your active relationship or interaction with Pinnacle Alliances. The number of messages you receive may depend on your inquiry or support request, application status, interview activity, credentialing requirements, onboarding process, assignment or placement activity, staffing request, appointment, or scheduling activity. You may receive messages while one of these activities remains active and may receive no messages when there is no active communication, application, staffing, placement, or support activity.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. Pinnacle Alliances does not charge a separate fee for sending these SMS communications. Your mobile carrier may impose charges for sending or receiving text messages, and you are responsible for any charges assessed by your carrier.

How to Opt Out

You may unsubscribe from Pinnacle Alliances SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Once your opt-out request has been processed, you will not receive additional SMS messages from Pinnacle Alliances unless you later provide new, affirmative consent through an approved opt-in method.

Replying STOP is the recommended automated method. You may also request assistance with an opt-out by contacting Pinnacle Alliances using the contact information in Section 8 above.

How to Get Help

For assistance with Pinnacle Alliances SMS communications, reply HELP. You may also contact us by email at hello@pinnacleall.com, by telephone at (888) 209-4549, or through our website.

When requesting assistance, provide enough information for us to identify the relevant telephone number and communication issue. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, complete financial information, medical information, full credential documents, or other sensitive information through SMS.

Privacy and Mobile Information

Pinnacle Alliances handles mobile telephone numbers, SMS consent records, opt-out records, and related communication information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Pinnacle Alliances does not sell mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data.

Pinnacle Alliances may retain records of:

  • The date and time consent was provided
  • The source through which consent was collected
  • The consent language presented
  • The purpose for which consent was provided
  • Message activity and delivery information
  • HELP requests
  • STOP and opt-out requests
  • Suppression records
  • Any subsequent re-opt-in

These records may be retained for compliance, security, operational, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information about how Pinnacle Alliances collects, uses, retains, discloses, and protects personal information.

Message Purpose and Consent Scope

SMS consent applies only to the message purposes disclosed when you opted in. For example, consent to receive candidate application and interview updates does not automatically authorize Pinnacle Alliances to send unrelated promotional messages.

Pinnacle Alliances may block or decline an SMS message when:

  • Valid consent is not available
  • Consent has been withdrawn
  • The proposed message does not match the purpose for which consent was provided
  • The telephone number appears on an internal suppression list
  • Sending the message could violate applicable law, carrier rules, or platform requirements

Supported Devices and Carriers

You must have a wireless device capable of receiving text messages and an active service plan with a participating mobile carrier. SMS availability may vary depending on your carrier, device, service plan, geographic location, network availability, and device settings. Not all devices, carriers, or service plans support every SMS function.

Message Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Pinnacle Alliances does not guarantee that every SMS message will be received immediately or successfully. Delivery may be affected by carrier filtering, network outages, service interruptions, device settings, an inactive number, or other circumstances outside our control.

A delay or failure in SMS delivery does not modify any deadline, requirement, appointment, application obligation, or other responsibility communicated through another available channel.

Telephone Number Changes

You are responsible for providing an accurate and current mobile telephone number. If your number changes, is transferred, reassigned, disconnected, or is no longer under your control, notify Pinnacle Alliances and opt out the previous number. Pinnacle Alliances is not responsible for messages received by another person because you did not notify us that a telephone number was changed, reassigned, or no longer controlled by you.

Security

SMS is not a secure method for transmitting highly sensitive information. Pinnacle Alliances may use SMS for reminders, notifications, scheduling, administrative updates, and support communications. When sensitive information or documents are required, we may direct you to a secure portal, email process, telephone call, or another approved method.

You should not send through SMS:

  • Social Security numbers
  • Government identification numbers
  • Passwords or access credentials
  • Banking or payment-card details
  • Complete medical records
  • Full credentialing documents
  • Other highly sensitive personal information

Suspension or Termination of SMS Services

Pinnacle Alliances may suspend, restrict, or discontinue SMS communications at any time when reasonably necessary, including when:

  • Required by law, carrier rules, or platform requirements
  • A security or fraud concern exists
  • The telephone number is invalid or inactive
  • Consent cannot be verified
  • The recipient has opted out
  • The message purpose does not match the available consent
  • The SMS platform or mobile carrier is unavailable
  • Pinnacle Alliances changes or discontinues its SMS communications

Suspending or ending SMS communications does not necessarily terminate your application, inquiry, staffing request, placement, or other relationship with Pinnacle Alliances.

Changes to These SMS Terms

Pinnacle Alliances may update these SMS Terms periodically to reflect changes in applicable laws or regulations, carrier or messaging-platform requirements, business or operational practices, available SMS services, or privacy and security practices. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

Relationship to Other Policies

These SMS Terms should be read together with the following Pinnacle Alliances policies:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Candidate & Applicant Privacy Notice
  • Terms of Service

Review the Privacy Policy, Candidate & Applicant Privacy Notice, Terms of Service on the Pinnacle Alliances website.

If these SMS Terms conflict with the general Terms of Service regarding SMS communications, these SMS Terms will control only with respect to those SMS communications.
