No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Pinnacle Alliances does not sell mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of applying for a position, receiving staffing consideration, submitting an inquiry, obtaining information, or purchasing services. Providing a telephone number without separately selecting an SMS consent option does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.
Pinnacle Alliances may retain records of SMS consent, the consent wording presented, the source and date of consent, message activity, HELP requests, STOP requests, opt-out activity, and any subsequent re-opt-in for compliance, operational, and recordkeeping purposes.
