Pinnacle Alliances is looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant in various settings such as, Long Term Care, Rehab Care, Home Health, Med/Surg Floor, etc. We have contracts available with more than 500 healthcare facilities including, Hospitals, Community Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Clinics, Corrections, etc.
CNA Responsibilities:
- Providing great patient care.
- Answering patient calls and determining how best to help them.
- Providing physical support for patients or residents with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, getting out of bed, - using the toilet, walking, standing, or exercising.
- Turning and repositioning bedridden patients.
- Ensuring patients or residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.
- Obtaining a wide range of information from physicians, caregivers, and nurses about patient conditions, treatment plans, and suggested activities.
- Measuring and recording food and liquid intake and urinary and fecal output and reporting changes to medical or nursing staff.
- Recording vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate as requested by staff.
- Examining patients to detect issues requiring medical care, including open wounds, bruises, or blood in the urine.
- Reminding patients to take medications and nutritional supplements.
- Noting observations of patient behavior, including complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.
- Stay up to date on CNA training and facility policy and procedure.
CNA Requirements:
- State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
- Current CPR (American Heart Association).
- Nursing degree from a CNA program.
- Ability to think and work independently and with direction, and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Current identification.
- Comfortable using a computer.
- Excellent personal hygiene.

Pinnacle Alliances is looking for compassionate Cardiac Cath Lab RN for contract job roles. We have contracts available with more than 500 healthcare facilities including, Hospitals, Community Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Clinics, Corrections, etc.
As a Cardiac Cath Lab RN you have to work with patients in critical condition which requires a high level of reliability and mobility. Our Cardiac Cath Lab Nurses must be well-versed in medical terminology and simplify medical jargon to help patients understand their condition and treatments. Additionally, machinery must be meticulously maintained to perform at maximum efficiency.
Cardiac Cath Lab RN Responsibilities:
- Assesses, utilizing age specific data, the patient’s physical, psychosocial, and spiritual status in a comprehensive manner.
- Performs initial assessment and completes required documentation within organizational standards.
- Performs and documents ongoing assessments including observation, physical examination, laboratory/test results, and patient response to procedural intervention.
- Participates in the identification and clarification of patient needs, as evidenced by participation in multidisciplinary care planning, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Reviews and revises plan of care according to change in patient’s status.
- Assists other staff in the delivery of patient care, as appropriate.
- Incorporates patient teaching/discharge planning to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Coordinates and documents appropriate discharge planning and referrals to ensure continuity of care after discharge.
Sterile Processing Technician Requirements:
- ADN or BSN
- Active nursing license in the practicing state.
- BLS, ACLS certification.
- Work experience caring for patients with cardiovascular conditions.
- Cardiac Vascular Nursing Certification.

Job Description:
The CST’s main responsibility is to prepare the operating room for surgery. In order to do so, they must be knowledgeable in sterilizing and supplying the appropriate equipment, as well as preparing patients for surgery by washing the incision sites.
The CST will also assist surgeons and nurses during surgery by passing sterile supplies and instruments.
Requirements:
Our client may require the following: 2 years’ experience in an ER setting, AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC.
