Role Overview
Pinnacle Alliances is hiring a Team Lead – U.S. Healthcare Recruitment to manage a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists responsible for healthcare staffing requirements across the United States. The Team Lead will be responsible for requirement allocation, team performance, sourcing strategy, candidate quality, submission targets, training, reporting, and daily recruitment operations. This role is suitable for someone with strong U.S. healthcare recruitment experience and the ability to guide recruiters in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of Senior Recruiters, Junior Recruiters, and Sourcing Specialists.
- Assign job requirements based on recruiter skill, workload, and priority.
- Monitor daily recruiter activity, candidate pipelines, submissions, interviews, and closures.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Support recruiters with difficult roles, niche healthcare positions, and candidate objections.
Recruitment Strategy
- Create sourcing strategies for nursing, allied health, billing, coding, credentialing, and healthcare support roles.
- Guide the team on Boolean search, job portal usage, LinkedIn sourcing, database search, referrals, and candidate reactivation.
- Prioritize urgent roles and hard-to-fill requirements.
- Improve submission quality and reduce irrelevant candidate submissions.
- Build long-term candidate pipelines for recurring healthcare staffing needs.
Quality Control
- Review candidate profiles before submission when required.
- Ensure recruiters properly screen candidates for experience, license, certifications, availability, pay expectations, location, shift preference, and job fit.
- Maintain high standards for resume formatting, candidate notes, submission details, and documentation readiness.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and Compliance teams to ensure smooth candidate movement.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare daily and weekly team performance reports.
- Track calls, submissions, interviews, offers, starts, and closures.
- Monitor individual recruiter productivity and identify performance gaps.
- Share updates with management and account teams.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and role status trackers.
Training & Development
- Train new recruiters on U.S. healthcare staffing process.
- Explain healthcare roles, specialties, certifications, license requirements, and candidate screening methods.
- Improve recruiter communication, candidate handling, follow-up discipline, and sourcing quality.
- Support team members in achieving individual and team targets.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in U.S. healthcare recruitment.
- Team handling or mentoring experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of healthcare roles, specialties, licenses, and compliance basics.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and recruiters.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in U.S. shift / night shift.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Health, Medical Billers, Medical Coders, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and healthcare support roles.
- Experience with ATS, CRM, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, or healthcare databases.
- Knowledge of contract staffing, travel staffing, per diem staffing, locum staffing, and direct hire.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Commerce, or related field.
Detailed Experience Requirement
3 to 7 years in U.S. healthcare recruitment, with at least 1 year of team handling preferred.
