Role Overview
Pinnacle Alliances is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to identify and build strong candidate pipelines for U.S. healthcare staffing requirements. The Sourcing Specialist will focus on finding qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, social media, and advanced search methods. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, data mining, Boolean search, candidate mapping, and pipeline building.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing
- Source healthcare candidates for U.S. staffing requirements.
- Search for nurses, allied health professionals, medical billers, medical coders, credentialing professionals, and healthcare support staff.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, resume databases, and internal systems.
- Build targeted candidate lists based on job title, specialty, license, certification, location, and experience.
- Identify active and passive candidates.
Boolean Search & Database Mining
- Use Boolean search strings to find relevant candidates.
- Search by specialty, license type, location, experience, job title, and keywords.
- Mine internal databases for old candidates.
- Re-engage inactive candidates for new requirements.
- Create role-specific talent pools.
Candidate Outreach
- Send outreach messages through email, LinkedIn, SMS, and other approved channels.
- Conduct basic candidate interest checks when required.
- Share interested candidate details with Recruiters or Team Leads.
- Maintain professional and clear communication with candidates.
Pipeline Management
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines.
- Tag candidates by role, specialty, location, license, availability, and experience.
- Keep candidate details updated in ATS, CRM, spreadsheets, or internal systems.
- Track sourcing activity and candidate response rates.
Market Mapping
- Research candidate availability for specific healthcare roles.
- Identify talent supply trends by location and specialty.
- Support recruiters with market insights for hard-to-fill roles.
- Build proactive pipelines for recurring client needs.
Required Skills
- Strong research and sourcing skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Knowledge of Boolean search preferred.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, job portals, Google search, and resume databases.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in U.S. shift / night shift.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in U.S. healthcare sourcing or recruitment sourcing.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, ZipRecruiter, or healthcare databases.
- Basic understanding of nursing, allied health, billing, coding, credentialing, and healthcare support roles.
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Detailed Experience Requirement
6 months to 3 years in sourcing, recruitment, talent research, lead generation, or data research. Freshers with strong research skills may also apply.
