Role Overview

Pinnacle Alliances is looking for a Senior U.S. Healthcare Recruiter with strong experience in sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified healthcare professionals for U.S.-based staffing requirements. The Senior Recruiter will work on clinical, allied health, billing, coding, credentialing, and healthcare support roles. This role requires strong sourcing skills, healthcare recruitment knowledge, candidate communication, submission accuracy, and the ability to work independently on urgent and niche requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Healthcare Recruitment

  • Source, screen, qualify, and submit candidates for U.S. healthcare staffing requirements.
  • Work on roles such as Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Allied Health Professionals, Medical Assistants, Medical Billers, Medical Coders, Credentialing Specialists, and healthcare support staff.
  • Understand job requirements including specialty, license, certification, experience, location, shift, pay rate, contract duration, and start date.
  • Match candidates accurately with client requirements.

Candidate Sourcing

  • Use job portals, LinkedIn, resume databases, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Apply Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Build strong pipelines for recurring healthcare roles.
  • Reconnect with old candidates and maintain warm candidate pools.
  • Identify passive candidates and engage them professionally.

Candidate Screening

  • Conduct detailed screening calls.
  • Evaluate candidate experience, skills, license, certifications, availability, relocation interest, pay expectations, shift preference, and communication ability.
  • Explain job details clearly to candidates.
  • Confirm candidate interest before submission.
  • Maintain accurate screening notes.

Submission & Follow-Up

  • Prepare candidate submissions with accurate details.
  • Coordinate with Team Leads and Account Managers for submissions.
  • Follow up with candidates for interviews, feedback, offers, documentation, and joining updates.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to reduce drop-offs.
  • Support compliance and onboarding teams when required.

Mentoring Support

  • Guide Junior Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists when needed.
  • Share sourcing strategies and market insights.
  • Help improve candidate quality and submission accuracy.
  • Support difficult or urgent requirements.

Required Skills

  • Strong U.S. healthcare recruitment experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong sourcing and screening ability.
  • Good understanding of healthcare roles, licenses, certifications, and specialties.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
  • Strong follow-up discipline.
  • Comfortable working in U.S. shift / night shift.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Health, Medical Billing, Medical Coding, Locum, and Healthcare Admin roles.
  • Experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, and healthcare databases.
  • Knowledge of compliance documentation and onboarding process.
  • Experience in contract, travel, per diem, direct hire, and temp staffing.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Commerce, or related field.

Detailed Experience Requirement

2 to 5 years in U.S. healthcare recruitment.
