Role Overview
Pinnacle Alliances is hiring Junior U.S. Healthcare Recruiters to support sourcing, screening, candidate coordination, and recruitment operations for U.S. healthcare staffing requirements. Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing
- Search candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
- Source candidates for nursing, allied health, billing, coding, credentialing, and healthcare support roles.
- Build candidate lists based on job requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
- Support Senior Recruiters and Team Leads in urgent requirements.
Initial Screening
- Make candidate calls and conduct basic screening.
- Check candidate experience, availability, location, shift preference, expected pay, license, certifications, and interest level.
- Share job details with candidates clearly.
- Collect updated resumes and basic candidate information.
- Update screening notes accurately.
Recruitment Coordination
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Coordinate with Senior Recruiters for profile submission.
- Support documentation collection when required.
- Maintain regular candidate communication.
- Track candidate status in ATS, CRM, spreadsheets, or internal systems.
Data Management
- Update candidate records.
- Maintain daily activity reports.
- Track calls, responses, interested candidates, submissions, and follow-ups.
- Keep recruitment database clean and organized.
Required Skills
- Good English communication skills.
- Confidence to speak with candidates over calls.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good email writing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in U.S. shift / night shift.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment or staffing. Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, Google Sheets, and Excel. Interest in healthcare staffing or international recruitment. Previous BPO, KPO, HR, recruitment, or customer support experience is a plus.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any field. HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Healthcare Management, or Marketing preferred.

Freshers to 1.5 years.
