Role Overview

Pinnacle Alliances is hiring Compliance Specialists to support credentialing, documentation, verification, and onboarding compliance for U.S. healthcare staffing candidates. The Compliance Specialist will work closely with recruiters, candidates, account managers, and compliance managers to collect, verify, update, and track required documents before candidate placement or joining. This role is highly detail-oriented and requires strong follow-up skills, documentation accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple candidate files at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

Document Collection

  • Collect required documents from selected healthcare candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates for missing or incomplete documents.
  • Track document status and pending items.
  • Ensure documents are received before deadlines.
  • Maintain professional communication with candidates.

Credentialing Support

  • Support verification of healthcare licenses, certifications, education details, employment history, references, work authorization, background checks, health records, immunization records, TB tests, CPR/BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and other role-specific documents.
  • Check document validity, expiration dates, candidate details, and completeness.
  • Update credentialing checklists as per client and role requirements.
  • Escalate expired, missing, unclear, or mismatched documents.

Compliance Tracking

  • Update candidate compliance status in ATS, CRM, spreadsheets, or internal tracking systems.
  • Maintain organized candidate files.
  • Track upcoming document expirations and renewal needs.
  • Prepare daily compliance status updates.
  • Support audit preparation by keeping documentation accurate and complete.

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with Recruiters for candidate details and submission updates.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers for client-specific documentation requirements.
  • Report compliance delays to the Compliance Manager.
  • Help ensure candidates are ready before their joining or assignment start date.

Data Accuracy & Confidentiality

  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information.
  • Ensure all documents are stored securely as per company process.
  • Avoid errors in candidate records, document names, dates, and status updates.
  • Follow internal compliance SOPs and documentation standards.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Good follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable handling documents and candidate information.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, email, ATS, CRM, and document tracking.
  • Ability to work in U.S. shift / night shift.
  • Ability to manage multiple candidate files and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare credentialing, staffing compliance, onboarding, HR documentation, or recruitment coordination.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare licenses, certifications, background checks, and health records.
  • Experience working with U.S. healthcare staffing companies or RPO companies.
  • Knowledge of compliance checklists and audit documentation.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in any field. Healthcare Management, HR, Commerce, Life Sciences, or Business Administration preferred.

Detailed Experience Requirement

Freshers to 3 years. Prior compliance, credentialing, HR documentation, or recruitment coordination experience preferred.
