Role Overview
Pinnacle Alliances is looking for an experienced and client-focused Account Manager to manage U.S. healthcare staffing accounts, coordinate with internal recruitment teams, understand client hiring needs, and ensure smooth delivery of qualified healthcare candidates.
The Account Manager will act as the main communication bridge between clients and internal teams. This role requires strong communication, client handling, recruitment understanding, follow-up discipline, reporting ability, and knowledge of U.S. healthcare staffing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management
- Manage day-to-day communication with U.S. healthcare clients.
- Understand client requirements for healthcare staffing roles.
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities, staffing partners, and hiring contacts.
- Act as the main point of contact for job requirements, candidate submissions, interview updates, feedback, offers, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated to recruitment and compliance teams.
Requirement Management
- Receive, analyze, and prioritize job requirements from clients.
- Understand role details such as job title, specialty, location, shift, pay rate, contract duration, license requirements, experience level, and start date.
- Clarify missing details with clients before assigning roles to recruiters.
- Share complete requirement details with Team Leads and recruiters.
- Track urgent, high-priority, and high-volume requirements.
Recruitment Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate with Team Leads, Senior Recruiters, Junior Recruiters, Sourcing Specialists, and Compliance teams.
- Monitor daily submissions, interviews, pending feedback, documentation status, and joining updates.
- Ensure qualified candidates are submitted within the expected turnaround time.
- Review candidate quality before submission when required.
- Help resolve bottlenecks in sourcing, screening, compliance, or onboarding.
Client Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client reports.
- Track submissions, interviews, selections, offers, starts, fall-offs, pending feedback, and role closures.
- Share performance updates with management and clients.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS, CRM, spreadsheets, or internal systems.
- Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement.
Candidate & Compliance Follow-Up
- Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure candidate documents are completed on time.
- Follow up on license, certification, background check, health records, references, and onboarding requirements.
- Support smooth candidate movement from selection to start date.
- Escalate documentation delays or candidate drop-off risks.
Required Skills
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience in U.S. staffing, healthcare staffing, recruitment account management, or client coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and job requirements.
- Strong follow-up and reporting skills.
- Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and candidate submission process.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, ATS, CRM, and email communication.
- Ability to work in U.S. shift / night shift.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in U.S. healthcare staffing.
- Knowledge of nursing, allied health, locum, billing, coding, credentialing, and healthcare support roles.
- Experience handling U.S. clients.
- Understanding of compliance and onboarding documentation.
- Ability to manage team coordination and client escalations.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Healthcare Management, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
Experience
2 to 6 years in U.S. staffing, healthcare staffing, account management, recruitment coordination, or client success.
